Ground Covers and Vines
No garden would be complete without groundcovers and vines. Groundcovers are a great way to "carpet" your garden and come in many colors and textures. They often fill in hard to grow spots in your garden. Shade loving groundcovers look great around and under trees and sun loving groundcovers are great for hard to mow slopes and other areas. Vines trained onto structures and trellises add height and interest to plain areas. What is more beautiful than blue morning glories flowing over a fence?
